Job Description

The Regional Partner Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing Sprinklr's partnerships business in a defined region. As the Geo Partner Manager, you will report directly to the VP, Americas Alliances and Channels, and will be responsible for driving partner-qualified opportunities through named/new partners. Your primary objective will be to align sales and services revenue, driving expanded relationships with these partners, while also growing our partner ecosystem for scale.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage named/new partner relationships across Sprinklr's portfolio: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our named partners. This will involve regular communication, collaboration, and coordination to ensure alignment on business objectives and mutual success.
  • Establish cadence, processes, and workflows with your partners: You will play a crucial role in establishing effective and efficient sales and services capability. This includes defining the cadence of partner interactions, leading capability expansion, implementing communication channels, and streamlining collaboration between partners and internal teams.
  • Drive business development and partner-qualified pipeline: A key aspect of your role will be to drive partner-qualified pipeline and closed revenue. This will involve working closely with your named partners as well as collaborating with the Sprinklr sales organization.
  • Lead the vision and creation of new ideas and revenue streams: As the Regional Partner Manager, you will be responsible for leading the vision and creation of new ideas and revenue streams for both our partners and customers.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of Partner Sales and Alliances Management experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. This experience should encompass building and managing partnerships, driving revenue through partner channels, and successfully collaborating with sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Access to an existing partner ecosystem: It is highly desirable that you have an established network and access to an existing partner ecosystem.
  • Account and relationship management skills: As the Global Partnerships Manager, you must possess excellent account and relationship management skills.
  • CCaaS experience is a plus: While not mandatory, experience in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry would be advantageous.
