Revenue Manager

A prestigious luxury hotel in New York City seeks a skilled Revenue Management expert to drive revenue growth and optimize hotel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market and competitive intelligence to inform revenue strategies.
- Update selling restrictions and inventory controls to maximize revenue.
- Authorize rate updates in distribution channels to ensure rate integrity.
- Develop and distribute 10/14-day forecasts to operational departments.
- Monitor daily inventory and occupancy levels to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain technical expertise on C-RES database components to increase RevPar.
- Prepare 90-day forecasts with the RSM and Group Sales manager.
- Submit data to industry sources for analysis and comparison.
- Collaborate with the team and Marketing to formulate special rates and promotions.
- Develop the hotel room revenue budget using a systematic approach.
- Set clear goals and ensure resource utilization to maintain and/or increase RevPar Index.
- Participate in daily/weekly business review meetings with the ESM and Sales Team.
- Conduct Weekly RevMax Meeting for the property and communicate sales strategy changes.
- Liaise with Marketing for branding position and placement for promotions and packages.
- Continuously improve the revenue management process through investigation of new tools and procedures.
- Gather comprehensive knowledge of Top Accounts for the hotel.
- Conduct displacement analysis for groups and long-term business when required.
