Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Senior Capture Manager to join our Health Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal business development and a proven track record of leading capture teams to win large, complex contracts.
The Senior Capture Manager will be responsible for developing and executing capture strategies to win business with the Department of Health and Human Services, Defense Health Agency, and other federal civilian agencies. This includes identifying win themes, creating solutions aligned to client requirements, and driving contract wins.
The successful candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the federal health market and experience in competitive assessment. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of internal organizations, and a proven track record of success in business development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute capture strategies to win business with federal clients
- Lead capture teams to identify win themes and create solutions aligned to client requirements
- Drive contract wins and manage opportunities from pursuit to award
- Build and maintain relationships with federal clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering, or science-related technical field
- 10 years of experience in federal business development, with a proven track record of success
- Strong network of contacts within the federal health market
- Experience in competitive assessment and proposal development
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively across various levels of internal organizations
