About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager/Director to drive growth and success in our Mission Solutions business unit. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting pipeline opportunities into contract awards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in remote sensing and satellite technology sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer roadmaps, and government market analysis to inform our business strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Strong understanding of remote sensing and satellite technology, with experience in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
  • Current and active Top Secret clearance.
