Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to enhance our expanding team. This role is pivotal in organizing ongoing projects and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) related to audio-visual deployments and services. The Project Coordinator will monitor project plans, schedules, data, and tasks, while also facilitating stakeholder meetings to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in project planning and coordination to ensure timely delivery within resource constraints.
  • Support daily operations and implement standards, procedures, and best practices for a cohesive global program.
  • Oversee the project management software platform, ensuring compliance with naming conventions and regular updates.
  • Provide weekly updates on project tasks to all collaborators and key stakeholders, highlighting progress and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on project tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Help triage new project requests and purchase requests, ensuring compliance with title standards.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and create internal documentation for team guidance.
  • Adhere to project file structures and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments and enterprise tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Preferred certifications: Avixa (CTS or AV-T) and PMI (CAPM or PMP).
