  • Oversee vendor management, particularly with AV Integrators and Managed Service Providers, including issue tracking and escalation.
  • Act as the site lead to coordinate with technicians and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Google to resolve issues related to Google Meet and introduce features that enhance user experience.
  • Refine existing system designs to optimize video conferencing, considering maintenance and scalability.
  • Provide technical support to other engineers across various AV domains when necessary.
  • Support live events by being part of the AV crew, overseeing production equipment from pre-production to post-production.
  • Assist in the commissioning and handover of new conference and event spaces.
  • Encourage cross-functional partnerships with Netflix teams.
  • Be open to both domestic and international travel.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Experience in managing vendors in corporate AV environments.
  • Proficiency with enterprise video conferencing solutions, particularly Google Meet, along with experience in fleet management.
  • Background in AV integration with a focus on physical installations.
  • Experience in designing and constructing meeting spaces, including acoustics and technology.
  • Experience in operating and supporting live events.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot audio and video equipment.
  • Understanding of networking technology and audio/video signal flow.
  • Experience with Crestron equipment and audio DSPs.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with large projects.
