Job Overview

Position Title: Legal Process Coordinator

Department: Legal Services

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Collaborative team player; excels in both independent and team settings.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Maintains confidentiality with sensitive client information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Legal writing and research skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receiving legal service documents on behalf of client entities.
  • Processing service documents by organizing, digitizing, and entering them into our system.
  • Billing clients for services rendered related to legal documents.
  • Informing clients about service details and maintaining effective communication.
  • Engaging with affiliates regarding service inquiries and document-related issues.
  • Interacting with issuing parties concerning service matters, discrepancies, and compliance.
  • Composing correspondence to clients regarding received services and to issuing parties about various service scenarios.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

This is a full-time role with a compensation rate of $20 per hour. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
