Front Desk Coordinator

IO Staffing, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a secure and organized front desk area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Mail Management: Sort, collate, and distribute incoming mail, log and record mail transactions, and prepare mail for scanning and uploading into our document management system.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a secure and organized front desk area, including controlling access and ensuring that high-priority mail is processed in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents for scanning and uploading.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. The compensation for this position is $20 per hour.
