- Make, verify and schedule appointments with 95% accuracy, including updating demographics.
- Completes assigned work, which may include reviewing, monitoring, scheduling and completing referrals, bump lists, and communicating/notifying ordering providers by tasking or faxing in all pertinent systems.
- Communicate with Primary Care/ network Providers when referral requirements are not met to assist with plan of care.
- Manages the patient's expectations regarding scheduling and rescheduling Breast Care Provider visits including Diagnostic Mammograms & Breast Ultrasound Exams by reviewing prior imaging reports as well as referrals submitted.
- Ensure demographics including insurance information are correct in IDX and updates as necessary.
- Assists co-workers and team members with duties when requested or assigned, to include but not limited to, floating to other areas.

- Ability to travel 10% of the time to nearby offices.
