Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
- Customer Service: Engage and interact with customers to provide a positive shopping experience, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
- Productivity and Efficiency: Monitor and coach Associates to ensure tasks and activities are completed according to store plan.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Team player with the ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Leadership Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
