Are you passionate about gaming and eager to develop exceptional gaming experiences? Creative Heads is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Game Engineer to take charge of adapting our innovative games for both current and future console platforms.

The perfect candidate will possess extensive knowledge in C++, have a history of successful game launches, be experienced in console adaptation, and have a strong affinity for strategy games.

This is a full-time, salaried role, and we offer relocation support for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement foundational systems including window management, controller integration, rendering, audio, user management, and networking.
- Design, construct, and sustain core systems using modern C++ on multicore processors.
- Provide mentorship and collaborate effectively with fellow developers.
- Partner closely with Design, Production, and Art teams to outline requirements and execution strategies.
- Oversee project timelines and milestones to align with stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in game development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in C++.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5.
- A genuine passion for gaming and game design.
- Self-driven with a knack for problem-solving.
- Experience with contemporary graphics APIs and multicore programming.

- Expertise in areas such as optimization, networking, parallel and distributed systems, UI/UX, AI, physics, data management, graphics, gameplay, audio, HLSL/GLSL shaders, pipelines, and terrain.

- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and deliver results in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Perforce, SVN, etc.).
