  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Task Management: Organize, write, and assign tasks with logical orientation to ensure on-time completion and meet project objectives.
  • Feature Development: Ensure the implementation of game design features and create new ones to enhance the gaming experience.
  • Bug Management: Manage upcoming bug reports, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution to maintain game quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly evaluate project deliverables for adherence to industry standards and commercial viability, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate and foster collaboration across departments, including art, design, engineering, marketing, and QA, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Status Updates: Continuously convey project status and important information to internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Producer in the games industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of the full game development process, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience using Jira and/or other game industry-standard project tracking software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and priorities.
