Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven professional to join our security team, collaborating with the global Bosch Security Competence network.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Management
  • Comprehend both customer and internal security requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for security throughout project development.
  • Implement and uphold internal security engineering protocols during project phases (including Threat and Risk Analysis and Security Concept).
Threat and Risk Analysis
  • Facilitate a cross-functional team to accurately identify and assess potential security assets and threats.
  • Address issues that may impede the objectives of the analysis.
  • Assist the development team in identifying vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare necessary documentation.
Security Concept Development
  • Lead a cross-functional team to define and understand the security concept for the project.
  • Establish system-level security requirements for various stages of product development (design, development, manufacturing).
  • Prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the automotive sector.
  • At least 3 years of cumulative experience in:
    • Security Risk Analysis / Threat and Risk Analysis
    • Project Management
    • Vulnerability Management
    • Systems/Requirements Engineering
    • Security Concepts
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience/knowledge in:
    • Embedded microcontrollers
    • Software programming in C
    • Embedded hardware design
    • AUTOSAR
    • In-vehicle network communication protocols
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with global teams and clients.
  • Background in Safety, System & Software Architecture, Software Engineering.
