- Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, sales training, and product sampling to enhance Bridor's market presence
- Industry Events: Represent Bridor at food shows and events, with at least five weekends per year dedicated to these activities
- Field Sales Role: This is a remote position based within driving distance of the Midwest territory (Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, and Indiana)
- Travel Requirement: 60% travel, including 3-4 days per week on the road, with at least five weekends annually for trade shows
- No Direct Reports: This role does not involve managing a team
- Experience: 5-10 years of regional sales experience, particularly in food service accounts within the Midwest territory
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in premium-quality baking products or related food service sectors is a plus
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities
- Baking Experience: Candidates with baking experience or knowledge of the baked goods industry are highly valued
- Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus
- Car Allowance: Monthly stipend for travel expenses
