Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Air Pollution Control

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Precision-Aire Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the assigned region, while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow sales revenue in the assigned region.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key end-users and OEMs, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application engineering and marketing, to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to business management to inform product development and market expansion.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and forecasts using CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial air filtration or air pollution control industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
