IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry. We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team in this exciting opportunity.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead a team of sales representatives promoting diagnostics products and educating key physicians about the product's features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring specialty sales representatives
  • Handling performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline, and termination of sales representatives
  • Driving sales results in line with project goals as set by the client and agreed upon by IQVIA
  • Acting as the primary link between the client and IQVIA for all operational and human resources/personnel needs relating to the sales force
  • Providing monthly reports to the client
  • Conducting regular field visits to develop and motivate nephrology specialty sales representatives for attainment of sales objectives; to assess and monitor field activity and work schedules; to monitor and manage field reporting by nephrology specialty sales representatives, including call reporting

We offer a comprehensive benefit plan, including health, dental, vision, 401k, tuition assistance, and discretionary time off. The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
