Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing outbound sales and marketing engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver proficient sales presentations.
  • Call Scheduling: Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
  • CRM Management: Understand and utilize the telephony system to record appropriate information in CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training.
  • Marketing and Sales Materials: Utilize all marketing and selling materials and clinical data designed for a respective audience.
  • Market Analysis: Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: BA/BS degree required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience with a history of documented success.
  • Neurology or Psychology Experience: A strong plus.
  • Digital Selling Experience: Experience in digital, tele, or related multi-channel selling experience.
  • Account Management: Account management and collaboration skills required.
  • Travel: Ability to travel in territory as needed.

  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivation with strong performance orientation; expert virtual selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building success via e-promotion.
  • Prioritization and Planning: Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems.
