Position Summary:
The Medical Account Representative for EVERSANA/ConTIPI Medical will be instrumental in the effective launch and market integration of our innovative disposable pessary. This role involves cultivating relationships with healthcare practitioners, educating prospective clients, and driving sales performance. We seek a proactive individual with exceptional communication abilities and a readiness to travel frequently.

The disposable pessary represents a revolutionary solution aimed at enhancing comfort and convenience. We are in search of a passionate Account Representative to spearhead the introduction and marketing of this product. This role is an excellent fit for a sales professional with a strong interest in women's health and urology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Launch: Spearhead the introduction and rollout of the disposable pessary into the market.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with healthcare providers and clinics, maintaining regular communication with new and prospective clients.
  • Sales Development: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales, consistently achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Training and Education: Deliver comprehensive product training and education to healthcare professionals and potential clients, including coordinating sample distribution to ensure clinical staff have the necessary materials for patient education.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies that support product launch and ongoing sales efforts. Represent ConTIPI Medical at relevant professional industry events and seminars.
  • Reporting Duties: Maintain precise sales records, prepare regular reports on sales activities, and provide insights on market trends and customer needs.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel to various locations for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows (approximately 50% travel).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of prior sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or medical diagnostics is required. Experience in Women's Health/gynecology is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with women's health issues, particularly in urology and pelvic health, is advantageous.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
