Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including orthopedic, pain management, and internal medicine specialists
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of medical sales experience, preferably in a quota-driven role
  • Existing relationships with healthcare providers, particularly in orthopedic, pain management, and internal medicine
  • Education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, as well as medical terminology
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand market opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Travel Requirements

Travel is a requirement for this role, with approximately 40-80% of the job involving travel to see providers.
