We design, develop, implement, and maintain the infrastructure, facilities, and amenities that create thriving communities, while making the most of client resources.", "Position Overview": "The primary function of this role will be to assist in managing, monitoring, and inspecting infrastructure construction projects, leading to a Construction Manager role within our company.", "Primary Responsibilities": ["Read and understand engineering construction contracts, plans and specifications.", "Perform earthwork, concrete, structural, mechanical, process drainage, asphalt, water, sewer, utility, and materials inspections on construction projects.", "Support project activities by performing calculations, measurements, documentation, and other technical and engineering-related functions.", "Review and coordinate verification or acceptance testing of construction materials in the field or at the laboratory.", "Coordinate construction management and inspection services provided by project subconsultants.", "Prepare, organize, lead and document construction meetings with the contractors and client.", "Correspond with project staff and clients.", "Manage and assist with Construction progress payment, RFI and submittal reviews.", "Organize, conduct and document construction coordination meetings.", "Assist with managing and tracking construction documents and submittals.", "Experience with electronic and Web-based construction documentation systems.", "Other duties as assigned.", "Minimum Requirements": "We are seeking all levels of inspectors from entry level to construction managers inspectors.
