Job Summary

Berea Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors, responding to their inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, guests, staff, and external partners, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the front office team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or administrative setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
