Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Team Leadership: Oversees a team of associates at the front of store, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and promote loyalty programs.
  • Training and Development: Takes an active role in training and mentoring associates on front-end principles, including personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Operations: Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all associates.
  • Problem-Solving: Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Communication: Communicates accurately and effectively with management and associates when setting and addressing priorities, and provides progress updates.
  • Recognition and Feedback: Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Merchandising Techniques: Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to apply them to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
