Service Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Service Business Development Manager to spearhead the development of our Service Department. This individual will serve as the key liaison between our company, Parks of Gainesville, and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and making informed decisions that align with our company's goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team that handles large volumes of customer interactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives that meet their expectations.
- Opportunity Identification: Seize opportunities to set appointments and drive business growth.
- Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships with customers by taking the extra mile to understand their needs and preferences.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our call center database.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening skills.
- Performance Metrics: Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
