We are a growing local business that values its team members, encourages personal growth, and offers opportunities to grow personally and professionally. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager for lawn and landscape services.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Service Team Management: Manage and quality control service teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Sales and Growth: Enhance sales on existing properties and identify new business opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Train and manage service personnel to provide exceptional service and meet quality and efficiency goals.
  • Culture and Employee Development: Foster a culture where both clients and team members are valued and appreciated, and provide opportunities for employee development and growth.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: A landscape professional with a positive and engaging personality and 2-5 years of prior experience with a professional landscape service company.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience is a plus. Passion for hitting goals and exceeding expectations, and superb communication skills.
