About the Role:

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a skilled Medicaid Billing Specialist to join our team. As a Medicaid Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire Accounts Receivable cycle, including posting payments to accounts and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire Accounts Receivable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments
  • Post payments to accounts and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing-related issues
  • Process private, Medicaid, and Medicare billing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Medicaid and Medicare billing, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, with a strong understanding of billing cycles and payment processing
