Sales Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing new business throughout the region, while building strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Responsible for the Western Michigan Territory, including Grand Rapids and neighboring areas.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge on product line(s) and assisting customers in product trials, technological advancements, and process improvements.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products, preferably in the Lubricants or Chemicals industries.
- High level of personal drive and self-motivation with strong time management skills.
- A competitive salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
