Job OverviewFUCHS Lubricants Co. is a leading provider of high-quality lubricants and chemicals. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in the Michigan territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing new business throughout the region, while building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Responsible for the Western Michigan Territory, including Grand Rapids and neighboring areas.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge on product line(s) and assisting customers in product trials, technological advancements, and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products, preferably in the Lubricants or Chemicals industries.
  • High level of personal drive and self-motivation with strong time management skills.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
