As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for our AI Solutions group. Your expertise in sales and business development will help us expand our presence in the market and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through elite client service and industry knowledge
  • Formulate sales plans to achieve sales targets and generate daily outreach efforts to prospective clients
  • Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process
  • Develop project budgets and create proposals
  • Instill confidence among clients with your personal credibility and experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 3-7 years of sales experience in Artificial Intelligence industry
  • Proven global sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing with selling AI solutions
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management
