Director of Marketing and Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned marketing and business development professional to lead our business growth initiatives. This role will oversee a team of business development professionals and be responsible for implementing strategic plans that enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market reach and increase revenue across multiple locations.
- Community Engagement: Lead the team to expand and continue cultivating and maintaining relationships with key community stakeholders, including local organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies, to identify business leads and foster partnerships.
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee community events, health fairs, and outreach programs that promote our services and build brand awareness within the community.
- Marketing Management: Lead and coordinate marketing efforts, including digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and traditional marketing initiatives, to drive brand recognition and patient engagement.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze internal new patient flow trends as well as external market insights to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and the overall organizational strategy.
- Budget Management: Oversee the business development and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the healthcare industry, including focus on referral sources.
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships within the community.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Must reside within the DFW area and be open to traveling up to 80%.
