Your Role

As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the development, implementation, and assessment of our comprehensive quality program across all ARC entities. Your expertise will help identify trends, prioritize enhancements, reduce redundancy, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and consultative support to ensure regulatory accreditation and compliance with quality initiatives.
  • Compile and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Conduct thorough reviews in a timely manner, utilizing established criteria.
  • Communicate findings to various departments, including operations and clinical teams.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to support the implementation of the overall quality plan.
  • Stay informed about current accreditation standards and quality improvement techniques in healthcare.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of quality experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Preferred RN or relevant licensure.
  • Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, nursing, or a related discipline.
