Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at SB Clinical Practice Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting patients and visitors.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, procedures, and tests, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process patient payments, handle billing and insurance inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other software applications used in a medical office setting.
