Key Responsibilities- Prepare exam/treatment rooms and assist patients with examinations, taking vital signs, weights, and heights.
- Assist healthcare teams in maintaining daily operations of the Health Care Center, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with RN Supervisors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in nursing and front-end staff roles.
- High School Diploma required.
- MOA Certification and AAS Degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in a family practice setting as a receptionist or medical office assistant preferred.
- Will be required to take the BLS course.
