About the Role

This Membership and Sales Coordinator position is responsible for developing and executing the sales and acquisition strategy for the Museum's Membership program. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies to achieve onsite Membership sales goals, formulating and executing onsite stewardship strategies for Museum Members, and supporting the Membership program with membership fulfillment, data analysis, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve onsite Membership sales goals.
  • Communicating the value of Membership to Museum guests and members.
  • Identifying great candidates for NHMU membership and helping them become members or renew their membership.
  • Formulating and executing onsite stewardship strategies for Museum Members.
  • Supporting the Membership program with membership fulfillment, data analysis, and more.
