The primary role of the In-Room Dining Server is to deliver exceptional service to guests within their accommodations. This service must consistently align with our esteemed standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service (90%):
    • Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to our service standards.
    • Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
    • Answer incoming calls with professionalism.
    • Prepare room service orders promptly and accurately.
    • Deliver food and beverage items to guest rooms and designated areas.
    • Maintain high service standards, avoiding rushed service.
    • Timely setup and delivery of all guest amenities.
    • Assist restaurant staff as necessary.
    • Clearly explain menu items and suggest additional options when appropriate.
    • Handle all financial transactions accurately.
  • Side Work (10%):
    • Restock and polish service items as needed.
    • Collect and clear trays from guest areas.
    • Uphold service and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse guests.

Minimum Requirements:
