Job Title: Room Service Server

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Room Service Server to join our team at Plant Riverside District. As a Room Service Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the comfort of their own rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverage items to guest rooms and/or pool deck in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide thorough and exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Set up and deliver all amenities in a timely manner.
  • Assist Restaurant Service staff as needed.
  • Execute all financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse guest types.
  • Ability to remain calm and well organized under pressure while working quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple orders.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Basic math skills; ability to make a change.

Work Environment:

  • Standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
  • Able to lift heavy plates laden with food and room service trays containing multiple plates, glasses, silverware, etc.
  • Must be able to push a room service cart laden with several room service orders.
  • Working in the kitchen on tiled flooring; kitchen conditions may be hot; floor may be slippery (appropriate footwear required).
