About the Role:

As an Account Executive on our Employee Health and Benefits team, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies. This role requires a proven track record of being able to ask the right questions to foster credibility quickly, while also aligning our offerings with the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and qualify leads to drive additional sales opportunities
* Utilize cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet client needs

Requirements:

* 2-5 years of outside B2B sales experience
* Proven track record of success in sales and lead generation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
