Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Service and grow our existing client base of 2,000 businesses.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities through B2B relationships.
- Supervise and lead a small team to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and team performance.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales or customer service experience with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community and knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
