Business Development Manager Opportunity

STS Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and staffing, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and investigating opportunities in the aviation, defense, heavy industrial, and manufacturing market sectors nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute daily outbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend trade shows and develop marketing campaigns to promote our services
  • Network with clients and prospects to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our company policies, procedures, and service offerings
  • Ensure accurate processing of payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable
Requirements:
  • Three to five years of prior sales or staffing industry experience
  • Experience selling services rather than products, especially engineering services
  • Strong self-motivation and work ethic, with a drive to prospect relationships from cold calling
  • Polished and consultative phone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM and ATS systems
