The Waterfront Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. They will directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe and efficient field operations
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities
  • Manage project schedules and logistics
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Proven track record of safety and quality management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
