At Skanska, we're seeking a skilled Waterfront Superintendent to lead our field operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that our construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents, ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and manage the project schedule.
  • Develop and implement logistic plans to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on safety and quality control.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in coordinating subcontractor activities and managing project schedules.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
