Role Responsibilities

The Senior Vice President will be responsible for:
  • Team Leadership (40%)
    • Overseeing a team of skilled professionals dedicated to client-facing projects.
    • Mentoring and developing team members in alignment with the firm’s vision and values.
    • Ensuring effective onboarding and training processes for new hires.
    • Establishing and maintaining accountability within the team to meet client engagement benchmarks.
    • Fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity within the team.
  • Client Management (40%)
    • Directly managing client relationships and overseeing all projects within the team’s portfolio.
    • Developing and executing strategies for client engagement and retention.
    • Providing strategic insights and thought leadership to clients.

    • Engaging with media outlets to promote client initiatives.
  • Business Development (20%)
    • Achieving quarterly business development objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
