Job Title: Senior Vice President, Public Policy

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President, Public Policy to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a refined policy platform that advances the strategic priorities of Enterprise Community Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive policy platform that advances Enterprise's strategic priorities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing policy and research team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Congressional and executive branch staff
  • Develop and implement advocacy campaigns to secure annual appropriations funding for community development programs
  • Collaborate with senior staff and vice presidents to deepen state and local policy advocacy
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on policy and advocacy matters
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in policy development and advocacy
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful policy platforms
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
