Training and Compliance Coordinator

Champaign Residential Services, Inc. (CRSI) is on the lookout for a Training and Compliance Administrator to manage and enhance our training initiatives while ensuring adherence to all compliance standards. This role is crucial in guaranteeing that all training programs align with applicable regulations, organizational policies, and other necessary compliance requirements.
As a key player in our mission to foster inclusive communities for individuals with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive training sessions and evaluating available training opportunities.
- Researching and developing training materials that meet regulatory standards.
- Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is advantageous.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations is essential.
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving federal, state, and local laws to ensure compliance.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies.
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and developing training curricula to align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting orientation for new hires and mandatory training sessions.
- Auditing training compliance and maintaining training materials.
- Collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and develop professional development programs.
- Coordinating schedules and logistics for training sessions across the organization.
- Ensuring trainers are certified and up-to-date with required qualifications.
- Implementing compliance procedures and conducting audits to uphold quality assurance standards.
