Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive residential reentry services to individuals referred by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, aiding them in overcoming obstacles to successful community integration.
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments upon resident placement, ensuring a smooth transition into the reentry program.
  • Facilitate resident orientation to familiarize them with the program environment and available resources.
  • Assess individual risks and barriers to successful reintegration, collaborating with residents to develop tailored service plans.
  • Coordinate necessary medical, psychiatric, and substance abuse evaluations in a timely manner.
  • Provide individual and group support services, including substance abuse aftercare, daily living skills training, and assistance with employment and educational opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and community resources, ensuring that individual program goals align with available services.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals facing challenges related to incarceration.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to confidentiality.
