We are seeking a proficient Sales Operations Coordinator to provide essential support to our sales team by managing routine administrative tasks. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in enabling sales representatives to efficiently process opportunities and sales orders. Additionally, you may assist in conducting research that could benefit the sales team. The ideal Sales Operations Coordinator will exhibit exceptional support capabilities, allowing our sales representatives to focus on achieving their sales objectives without being burdened by excessive paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the processing of opportunities and sales orders.
  • Conduct various research tasks as needed.
  • Participate in sales meetings.
  • Oversee multiple sales representatives' orders.
  • Serve as a sales assistant to streamline the quoting process.
  • Follow up to ensure task completion.
  • Assist in the quoting process and related procedures.
  • Familiarize yourself with new products and services.
  • Document new workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and partners.
  • Check stock availability regularly.
  • Maintain a constructive and productive relationship with the Sales Team.
  • Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a sales support or executive assistant role is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (Pro) is required.
  • Strong proofreading and grammar skills are necessary.
  • Technological proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on written communication.
  • Experience with sales navigation software is desirable.
  • Consistent execution of tasks is expected.
  • Active and efficient team player.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to varying environments and situations.
  • Capability to switch seamlessly between different quoting styles.
  • Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
