Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information to internet visitors, establishing a rapport to identify their specific needs and preferences.
  • Respond to internet inquiries within a set timeframe, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  • Follow up with previously registered leads with no current contact, maintaining a proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Accountable for delivering an exceptional experience for all internet-generated customer traffic, fostering a positive and personalized interaction.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and communities, staying up-to-date on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements
  • Minimum High School or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in internet consumer-facing roles or exposure to internet sales.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Valid Auto Insurance Coverage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Valid Florida Real Estate License required.
