- Accountable for delivering an exceptional experience for all internet-generated customer traffic, fostering a positive and personalized interaction.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and communities, staying up-to-date on market trends and customer preferences.
- Minimum High School or GED required; some college preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in internet consumer-facing roles or exposure to internet sales.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Valid Auto Insurance Coverage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Valid Florida Real Estate License required.
