Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while also assisting with the administration of benefits and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with the administration of benefits and programs, including data entry and record-keeping
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain knowledge of benefits and programs to provide accurate information to clients
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating multiple online resources
- Experience in Benefit Administration or Case Management
- High-quality customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High standards for Reliability and Dependability
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Ability to successfully pass a thorough background check, to include criminal background, credit history, and drug screen
