Medical Practice Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced Medical Aesthetics and Wellness Practice in Wheeling, WV. This key leadership role will ensure the smooth functioning of the practice across four critical management pillars: Financial, Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Assist in the development and management of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance metrics. Oversee billing, collections, and revenue cycle management to maximize profitability. Monitor financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the practice meets its financial goals.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care. Implement and maintain protocols for patient scheduling, check-in, and treatment to ensure optimal flow and minimal patient wait times. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Marketing Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Human Resources Management: Lead the recruitment, hiring, training, and onboarding of clinical and administrative staff. Manage employee performance, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and developing performance improvement plans. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a medical aesthetics, wellness, or related healthcare setting.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance. Proven track record of driving operational improvements and increasing practice profitability. Experience growing, leading, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficient in practice management software and general office technologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
