Job Summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in our Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Washington County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to patient care, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Verify clinical reminders and ensure accurate data input.
  • Check patients in and out of the clinic, schedule appointments, and answer phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service to veterans, colleagues, and clinic visitors.
  • Participate in outreach events to support enrollment initiatives.
  • Support patient enrollment and retention in appointments and follow-up visits.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Demonstrated high-quality customer service and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or call center environment.
  • Credentialed and in good standing through the Veterans Health Administration (VA).
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Energetic and optimistic demeanor.
