Job Overview

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships while providing follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, which may involve addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about various insurance products.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
