Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
  • Process guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or high-volume industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong computer skills and a team-oriented mindset.
